What is the Leadership Training process?
For those individuals who do not already have professional or educational experience with pregnancy, birthing or family care, Dar a Luz Network has created a leadership training process that gives you the necessary educational information to support your Chapter. These are our Leadership Training Requirements.

As referenced in the Requirements, we have a Required Reading List.

Note: For those individuals who have already completed some form of higher education or documented experience with pregnancy, birthing or family care (such as Doula training, childbirth education, etc.), we have an Advanced Application process which takes into account your experience and expertise.
