Devon Horsman is a Certified Professional Midwife, an Ohio and Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist with a specialty in Prenatal and Infant Massage, and a certified Doula with the Massage Doula Network.

In 2005, Devon co-founded Dar a Luz Network because she felt women and there partners needed complete evidenced based information to make the best birthing and family care choices for themselves. Devon also knows the power of a strong circle of support and wanted to help make that possible for all women and there families.

She currently lives in Dayton, Ohio with her husband Jason, new son, Gabriel, and two little dogs Zoe and Bella.
